Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Delivery time (USA)
Typical delivery is 7–14 days from the ship date. Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.
Shipping cost
Shipping to the USA is free on every order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.
Tracking
Your tracking number is emailed automatically once your order ships. Tracking updates can take 2–3 business days to appear after the shipping email — that's normal. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us at support.glowlift@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Address changes
Need to fix a typo in your address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before shipment. After the order ships, we're unable to redirect packages.
Lost or stuck packages
If your package appears lost or stuck in transit for more than 10 business days without movement, contact us — we'll either send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You will never be left holding the bag for a delivery problem.
