Track your GlowLift™ order in 3 steps

  1. Find your tracking email. We email your tracking number automatically when your order ships (within 1–2 business days of ordering). Check spam/promotions if you don't see it.
  2. Click the tracking link in that email — or copy the tracking number and paste it at 17track.net, which tracks every carrier worldwide.
  3. Give it a moment to update. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show its first scan after you get the email — that's normal and your order is on its way.

Typical timeline

  • Order placed → ships within 1–2 business days
  • In transit → 7–14 days to USA addresses
  • Every order is tracked — no exceptions

Something look stuck?

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, or it's been more than 14 days since shipping, email us at support.glowlift@gmail.com with your order number. We'll chase it down — and if it's genuinely lost, you get a free replacement or a full refund. Your call.
